All Hail The Sale! Illamasqua Summer Sale

Calling all makeup junkies and bargain whores, Illamasqua are having and end of season sale with some of their products priced at £5. They support the Sophie Lancaster foundation (stamping out hate crimes) by donating a portion of their S.O.P.H.I.E profits to the charity. They also generously give free postage with every item no matter how small. My personal sale favourites are the bat lash duo which i have been lusting over for far too long (finally all mine) and their nail varnish in the gorgeous Viridian. I can't rate Illamasqua highly enough, every product i have tried has been of such great quality and highly pigmented too. Christian Louboutin: Nail Colour

By now it must be obvious that i have a little bit of a nail polish fetish, and i'm also a sucker for certain designer labels. Today i was sent a very interesting e-mail from selfridges announcing the release of a limited edition Christian Louboutin nail polish in their iconic Louboutin red, "Rouge Louboutin". This seems a fitting product for Louboutin to create as the original pair of red sole shoes were created using a red nail polish. Here's what Selfridges have to say about their new product "Rouge Louboutin, a vibrant red nail colour by Christian Louboutin, is suited to every skin tone. Enclosed in a beautiful black patent leather-like presentation box with a red reveal, the faceted bottle comes with a patented brush and double patented formula which delivers a highly glossy and chip resistant coverage on the nail. To differentiate the Rouge Louboutin, its cap was designed to stand the tallest. It is the same height as the Ballerina Ultima (20.5cm/8in), the highest heel Christian Louboutin ever designed."

This polish intrigues me with its patented brush and double patented formula, but as interesting as it is i can't justify spending £36. If i purchased it and fell in love i would one day have to give it up entirely as only a limited number are being created, how cruel is that. Kates Clothing 24hr Sale!!!

One of my favourite bat caves is the wonderful Kates Clothing, they sell a range of alternative and gothic branded clothing, shoes and accessories to die for. Kate is currently having a 24hr sale on some beautiful items, i will be purchasing a few pairs of shoes myself.
